Welcome to this newsletter. I have revised and updated my website, and plan to produce a monthly newsletter with news  and information. If you want to receive the newsletter, please go to my website and register. Here is what's on offer this Spring.

Creative and Spiritual Art Workshops
Saturday/Sunday March 6/7

On March 6 and 7 I will be hosting a 'Sisters Act' Weekend. My sisters Maura and Michelle will offer you a "Creative Weekend".
Maura will run a 'Soapstone' craft day on Saturday and Michelle will run a maskmaking day on the Sunday. I will introduce both days with some 'aromatic contributions' and a meditation to tune in on your personal needs for the weekend.

Both days will give you the opportunity to explore your creative side using your own imagination. Not previous experience required, just come along and enjoy.

Both days will run from 10.30 - 4.00. All refreshments, lunch and materials are included.  Please book soon as places are limited. Please wear comfortable clothes that can get a bit dirty. As usual let me know about special dietary requests for lunch.

The cost for each day is £27.50 or £50.00 for both.

The Natural Year
Completely updated and revised
Saturday March 20 - 11.00-4.00

A complete new version of this popular course. We will look at food, nutrition, complementary therapies and seasonal products, all in line with the season and the Celtic wheel of the year. Lunch will be based on that and recipes and a short cooking demonstration will be included.  I will provide lots of practical  tips and ideas.

For more details go to the website

Cost- £20.00 including lunch and materials

Recommended in these cold and grey days to get a touch of Spring and much needed energy I recommend 'May Chang'(Litsea Cubeba)oil. It is has a very positive energy, smells slightly of lemon sweets and helps to get rid of the 'blues'. Suggestions on how to use the oil safely can be found on the website. If you want to obtain some please contact me.
