A complete new version of this popular course.
We will look at rituals, nutrition, complementary therapies and seasonal products, all in line with the season and the Celtic wheel of the year. Supper will be based on this and recipes will be included. We will also use a lot of practical exercises. .
The theme will be a session based on each of the 8 "seasons" below.
- Spring Equinox (Ostara)
- Beltane (mid spring)
- Summer Solstice (Litha)
- Lammas (mid summer)
- Autumn Equinox (Madron)
- Samhain (mid autumn)
- Winter Solstice (Yule)
- Imbolc (mid winter)
The session will include a light supper prepared using only local, in-season and mainly organic products. Here I am winning on Ready Steady Cook with Gino at the Birmingham Good Food show (where I beat my daughter Tanne and James Martin!).
Places are limited so book early; the session will run from 17.30 till 22.00. All food is cooked by me.
Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options are available on request.
